Never Touch Bottom offers a healthy, constructive water-centered exercise with applications well beyond the pool. This remarkable fitness activity is based on continuous movement while treading in low depth water, where one can confidently rest on knees or stand on the pool floor as necessary.

It's about building confidence and establishing goals. Attributes needed to successfully tread in waist deep water allow individuals an opportunity to feel, see and understand more than 80 concepts regarding personal standards and qualities of character.

Never Touch Bottom uses the clock. Participants select a timed goal and take the calculated risk of never touching the sides or the bottom of the pool during the amount of time chosen.

This non-threatening challenge is personalized. It’s not about others. It puts only one person in charge of attitude and behavior... and the resulting potential.

Swimming ability doesn’t matter. It’s not about style, speed or distance. It’s about time. It’s about your sense of purpose, the strategies you use and the results.
